Wondering if anyone has replaced the tires (tyres?) on a BM model Mazda3 (2014)?
Or if those with a 2015/16/17/18 model can tell me the factory default tires that came with the car?

When I took my car in for service a few weeks ago, they advised me that I would need a full set of tires "before winter" and looking around, it would seem that the factory tires on the car have been discontinued (Toko NanoEnergy R38 205/60/16)

So I am somewhat in a pickle as to what tires to now get ...

There should be a kick panel sticker on the passenger door frame (or driver) with similar numbers for size and pressure. Albeit not all in english if an import but the Psi/Bar and sizes should be.

Or head to local library and find a maint manual for the varied sizes it can take.

But going in a calculator your options are limited a little with those donuts

I may not have made it as clear as I intended to; I am looking for the current brand and model of tyres that come with a Mazda3..

I know the size as indicated in my post

It's like asking I need pants what pants should I buy?

I'm going to say Bridgestone RE003 they're pretty good.

I'll have look at the weekend.  I know the guy I usually buy tyres off grinned when he saw them, so I'm not looking forward to replacing them.

Edit: I misunderstood the question.  Mine (2015) came with Bridgestone Turanza tyres.

At least as of late last year they still have the Toyo NanoEnergy R38A as new on the standard models (well, colleagues I just looked at in the carpark did, he purchased it new in August last year, 3.0 GLX).

I believe the SP20 and SP25 have Dunlop tyres (not sure which specific ones) - though they are a 215/45 R18 so not relevant for your sizing. Not sure if this indicates they have moved to Dunlop as a supplier, or if it was just a choice for the SP models.

Either way, you don't have to match the manufacturers tyre provider - they're not always the best. As with Batman, I'd go Bridgestone, though maybe Ecopia if budget and tyre life are factors.
