The Hazard

On Golf vehicles of a limited production period, a burr may have developed on the locking bar of the head restraint guide. Depending on its size, the burr can prevent that the head restraint is slotted in. As a result, the head restraint is not secured in the guide sleeve. This only happens on the left sleeve of both front seats (in driving direction), which is responsible for the attachment.

What to do

Owners will be notified in writing and should make an appointment with their nearest dealership to arrange to have the work completed.
