Congrats, the R is a beautiful piece of kit!

Does it have CarPlay/Android Auto or was that only the 2016+ ones?

Nice, I'm still driving my MK5 R32

I'd love to upgrade to the newest R but with a growing family it's not a practical car. I've been waiting for a refresh of the passat wagon lineup but it looks like it's never going to happen.

Focus seems to be on SUV's these days

mk7 golf r is the best all-round hot hatch.

superb value used.

if you need a bit more space, you can get the mk7 r as a station wagon

or wait for the tiguan r

:)

Congrats, make sure to keep servicing it, they are very heavy on oil almost as much as petrol.
