Hi -- I just got a "free" insurance quote from TVI, and wondered whether anyone out there had experience with them?  Google tells me that they have a pretty bad rep in Oz, but I can find nothing about how they do in NZ.

I'm currently with AA, and TVI's quote is cheaper -- but I am very happy with AA and it would require both cost decrease and excellent rep to get me to change.
