Buy a lock? For some scooters you can buy disc brake locks with cables for attaching to bike stands etc.

Depending on the type of shopping, just take it into the shops with you.  They're smaller than your average supermarket trolley.

😉...or you could sell it and buy a keyboard that has a shift key, a full stop and a comma.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

I use two different locks for my e-scooter; one is tiny, and just slips into my pocket - it's not a particularly strong cable, of course, but is ideal for a supermarket trip:

I also have one of these, which comes with a bracket so it can stay on the scooter; it's a bit noisy when going over bumps though!

You can also get locks that go on the disc brakes, but I've not bothered as there's nothing stopping someone picking the scooter up.

But, seriously, basically any bike lock can be used to secure a scooter - it just depends on how secure you need it to be...
