I came across this on YT. Similar terrain in many respects to NZ but a mind-blowingly different approach! An amazing effort if it succeeds.

That's really impressive. Not sure I would like to drive through a floating underwater tunnel, but if the engineering can be done why not.

The bit that makes it differ from nz so much, is all the new bridges had extensive cycle lanes.

Not a lot of that awesome Norwegian scenery will be visible from a tunnel. Maybe they could make it transparent so you could at least see some fish?

i think the big point, is the ugly road won’t detract from the scenery
