Has anyone purchased car model specific mats, boot liners, etc. from the likes of www.customcarmats.co.nz or other such place? Specifically after a fitted Mazda liner at this stage. Any comments on quality, etc? Cheers and thanks.

Customcarmats used to sell the Proform boot liners, which were a good fit and well made. Boot liners with a raised edge are preferable to some of the ones from RubberTree that rely on a series of recesses all over the liner to trap liquid. They don't work so well for sand and dirt or bigger liquid spills, because you can't just lift the whole liner out without it spilling.

Purchased mats from Custom Car Mats a few years ago. Good mats. Happy customer. Still in the car and looking good.

I got a Northridge boot liner from rubbertree, 3 years ago. As mentioned, it is one that is crosshatched. While it's inconvenient for small spills, sand or dirt, we did have some, larger, dog sourced spills that it was great for! Also, if you need to wash/rinse it in winter, it could take a while to dry out before putting it back in.

Their pricing has not changed in 3 years.

Thanks for the comments. The Custom Carmats boot liner is just like the Mazda original design, with the same raised edges, and I think that would better suit than the Rubber Tree crosshatched offering. Might be the go, I think.

Cheers
