These things happen but to have people so close and behind a barrier I could probably move on a pushbike is beyond reason.

The barrier's are full of water, they take a fair punt to move. As a spectator of motorsport regularly, there are risks associated with being that close, and some you need to accept or not stand there.  I accept that injury or death could result.

 

Unfortunate for both parties that there was an injury.
