In general in areas north of Auckland, what are the legal entanglements do local council, and the NZTA, have on semi-permanent residences?

I was curious about selling my home, and getting something semi-mobile, maybe move every 6 months.

I'd guess how people do this is long term leases at holiday parks.

I don't enjoy driving, So even paying someone to haul my house somewhere seems less stressful, and may even be cheaper, than maintaining a large vehicle.

I'm seeing tiny houses, often built on trailers, buses convert to homes, and of course caravans.

I assume caravans are the most welcome many holiday parks (and local councils), buses less so, and tiny house the least welcome.

Is that correct?
