We bought two of these in Oct 2020. Went to use one yesterday and it was dead. Put it on the charger overnight and still dead this morning.

Have emailed Mi store to ask for an RMA while hoping the warranty is 2 years - can't find anything to confirm if it is or not.

Anyone had this issue, or claimed on a Mi scooter warranty?

Hard to find the warranty detail in NZ... but I suspect you are correct, in which case I will look at the CGA route.

When was the last time you used it? When was the last time it was charged?

If the lithium battery has been allowed to go flat and has been left in a flat state for awhile, it is possible to ruin a lithium battery.

We have two so hard to be sure but they are sometimes not used for weeks.
