So shock horror, no update on dhl since last wed for pre departure customs lodgement.

With estimated delivery of eod today.

Taking bets on 'addressing issue'...

My order went missing, then now DHL is manually picking it and sorting it.

And I checked to see that the order is 'gone' from my lego/bricklink login.

GREAT.

To my surprise, Mine is now in AKL, With 'scheduled to depart on the next planned movement' yesterday.

From what I understand there is a bulk store in Melb that DHL handle the picking/supply out of. So basically a stashed warehouse of nothing but Lego. Like they do for Dell/computer part returns. But operated by DHL on instruction from lego.

Chap at work gets a fairly constant supply from it. So stuff 'shouldn't' go wrong. But you can see how it will badly if the ordering systems don't talk to each other very well.

So far gone from akl to chc, to chc, to hold, to departed chc.

So I reallly hope that is handover to post out here. And next step finally delivery, Or I could be looking at return to sender.

Tickle me pink for knowing theres physical bricks still being sent to people and not just canned!

Someone else I know had heard nothing. She contacted them and they responded with a new courier number like the rest, it was delivered a few hours later to her too.

Might actually have their stuff sorted finally. For those that waited it out at least and not been auto refunded.

It'd be worth a shot firing them off an email exposing you are aware of issues and can you also get an update. Might end up with an out of the blue tracking number too.

So I can confirm -

Order is back on the lego page, and delivery is still suggesting back to sender..

But its here. Finally!!!! Fingers crossed for the rest of GZ members too..
