QUICK DSE Manukau has 4GB DDR 3 RAM DSE branded for $53 each!!!!
sale of the century!!!
i would of bought it for $10....
Hornby's last day apparently, they had all their phone/tablet cases going for 25c each, nothing else looked to be below 90% (not that there was much left except still overpriced HDMI cables!), overheard talking with some guy who must have been with the receivers I guess about what they wanted to write off, sounds like going to literally dump stuff.

Picked up a iPod Touch 6th Gen 32GB with 25% off. Seem like ok deal at $320, considering was is actually 25% off the standard $429 price, fully sealed. Apple discounts are few and far between with the level of discount given at anytime.
Shops around my area looking freaking bare. scrounged up the last few AV cables and that was about it. Surprised the iPod was still there. Couple of dodge overpriced dodgy laptop that are hugely inflated and are ex repair no one is going near still sitting there. Few overpriced TV's. Stack of random phone cases.
Kind of weird some things were cash only, couldn't even pay by card what so ever. Not sure whats up with that?

When I looked last week, they said they didn't have any of the black ones left in the 32 GB just the coloured ones. I believe You can nearly get 20% off this weekend with the warehouse, with their 15% off code, and 5% off if you have one of their credit cards. At least buying from the warehouse, you will have easier CGA protection. When you can buy iphone 5 and 5s's factory refurbished ones for not much more than an ipod touch, which have the same screens and cameras, I can see why ipod touches aren't great sellers, as even at 20-25% off, they are still expensive for what you get.

You are so right about the laptops! DSE Riccarton still have about six laptops sitting there. I think they have sold about one laptop in the last three weeks, or maybe none, as there was one with a busted screen about a week ago & that's gone.

I got the last black one :) (space grey). I don't have a warehouse card. Not to bothered about the CGA with an iPod, should be able to go back to Apple if in rare event it fails. I already have an iPhone 6 Plus and the processor is sweet, the iPod touch 6th has same A8 processor. The device is super thin and light, will use it as my main music player on the go (the nano was to expensive for what is on offer). I have a Logitech Powershell that I jam it into to play my old retro games on. All works for me, I like to keep my phone separate for other things.
There is one white/blue remaining. If no one buys it, and if price drops again, I probably pick it up to upgrade son's Gen 5 touch. He has a Samsung phone, but likes to be able to use IOS for other things. All depend on usage. Sadly the touch isnt a great seller, but for those who that have a use for it, is a nice device.
Keeping a eye on website to see if anything else drops like way down to clear out, doubting that will be updated again?
Pretty much only 3 days remaining, I am thinking might have to visit store daily at this stage to get the last few deals?
I think it's worth having a look around as in the last few days - Hornby really slashed the prices on some cables and stuff like that.
Picked this up at DSE half way up Queen Street yesterday - works great. Prices are definitely going down, I'm stopping past every few days but by the end of tomorrow I'd be surprised if there's anything left. Headphones, cables and 2 TVs left with a few SD cards hanging around and a pile of overpriced flash drives...
