:O Gave them a call, they haven't recorded any tracking info on the invoice so now I'm waiting for a call back from the branch that was supposed to send it :/

Has anyone got double charged for this order?
I just checked my CC statement and I got a $197 and a $599 charge on it.

Sorry - just checked. It was for something else I bought for someone :) ignore the above post.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

For those who bought external hard drive on amazon US, how do you claim warranty if hard drive fail?

i think you have to return it to the US.

Then , probably you have to pay for postage back here.  Thats if they even will do that.

When my graphics card failed Amazon paid $100 into my bank for the return shipping

Why was that? Was it DOA? If so, it's definite. But if hard drive failed after a year, will Amazon pay for the postage to US? Highly doubt it. If they will, then I will stop looking at local dealers any more:)

They really need to do a reverse iparcel type thing. To give people credits to return things by absurdly expensive NZ post international shipping is not going to be very good for them.
