Got mine - courier signed as "delivered" on Friday mid-day. Nothing here though. Called The Warehouse and waited for two hours - no one answered so filled the contact form. Called NZ post and the lady said she could see from GPS tracking the courier did stop around this area at the time - but we still didn't have anything.

On Sunday morning there was the box on top of our driveway. So either the courier did a run on Sunday or delivered to wrong address and the person dropped it here. The entire order came in one box.

That contact form I filled for The Warehouse? Still no answer almost a week after. Useless - won't be buying from them online again.

still waiting on a few packages all from 2 orders, i have had 2 packages with just a 6 pack of marshmallow eggs in, same order but sent in separate packages , cant see how they made any money.

Same here. Pretty much ordered about 10 items and got delivery for 7. All individual boxes with 1 item inside :p To me the postage cost more than the items.

I too ordered a bit. :)

Have so far received 4 different packages and I think one more to arrive today!
One package came with just one egg in it.

They have come from different stores around the country.

I've received most of mine, but the outstanding stuff just got cancelled.

Most of mine arrived on Sunday with the missing items turning up on Monday.

I've had similar problems:

  • Received a "delivered" email but the parcel was no where to be seen, the courier dropped it off 2 streets away but luckily the person who lived there came and dropped it off at our place
  • 11 days ago I received some perfume instead of the hand sanitiser I purchased. I emailed them on the 3rd of May, so far I've received no response.
  • I've just had a picture frame arrive and the glass is broken, the website says to call them but the message says it's at least a 1 hour wait time. I'll try emailing them but I don't have high hopes.

I get that 2 of the problems were caused by the couriers but not getting back to me for the wrong item is pretty poor form. Like you I won't be buying from them online again.

Everyone eventually get all their stuff?  I got my last lot yesterday afternoon. Ironically the last package to turn up was the first to be sent..  For $20 worth of chocolate eggs I had 4 separate packages.

Nah, they cancelled more than half of my order. Three Favourites tins and two Kinder egg+toy things.  🙁

Family went to the local warehouse this afternoon and came home with a pile of chocolate, apparently there was still plenty left on the shelves for $1.97.

I ended up with 10 shipments - with several still on their way. Most all 1-2 items per order.

I guess I got "lucky". Got all but one item as a single package on Monday, and the last item arrived today. Nothing cancelled. Granted, only 7 items total. Though they didn't see fit to put the last item by the door as per the instructions, instead just put it in the letterbox - but at least they didn't deliver anything to someone else's house.

15 days for the lot. Not quite the "overnight" that the stickers on the packages claim. But I can't be too upset given it's just chocolate. Though for a different order three weeks ago, an item took a week to get from Wellington to Porirua, which wasn't particularly impressive. NZ Post had it at their depot for 6 days doing absolutely nothing.

Had 4 of the Lindt bunnies delivered today. :)
Now just waiting on the Rainbow pineapple marshmallow eggs and I think that’s it.
