Was that from 2Degrees prepaid? So it was a 19 char string?

Yes, it was from 2D prepaid & it was all numbers of length 19, if that's what you meant.

If its eSIM with 2Degrees porting out is an issue unfortunately you have to move to physical sim and then port out

Not an esim. It's a 10yo sim though, at that time micro Sim didn't exist yet, so I had to cut it to size, therefore cutting of the Sim#
