No way would she use my email, she has two of her own and has no access to mine. If she had, all Neon notifications would have come to me and I’ve never seen any ever. The profile was a diminutive form of her name.

Have you ever used Lightbox in the past? I think when Neon merged with Lightbox that they merged everything onto the Lightbox platform, so even if you've never used Neon you may have had an account through Lightbox.

I have Chromecast with Google TV. I searched the app store for "neon". It said "not available on your tv".

I searched again this time with "neon NZ". It found an app "Neon - Android TV".

That's an odd name. I recall there were horrible problems last year. Is it working well on GCCWGTV for you?
