In the end I bought a LARGE (365 Days | 15GB Per Month) plan during the 2:1 deal so if anyone is looking for a half price voucher, I'm very happy to split for $165 - the voucher expires at the end of May so send me a DM if you are interested

How did you get in touch with Mighty Mobile? Was it though the online chat? I haven't had good experiences finding someone who understands account-level queries in the online chat....

Yes the online chat. My son is on the month to month plan and if he buys a 12 month plan he is eligible for the second free connection.
