Any decent non-stick frying pans on sale anyone ?

There's the usual Briscoes stuff. The Tefal stuff OK ? It generally seems a bit pricier but do I actually get anything extra / better for the money ?

My partner was part of the supply chain getting premium brand non-stick cookware into Kiwi's hands.  She was fastidious about our treatment of the non-stick cookware.  It still needed to be replaced after 3-4 years.  We've now gone to stainless steel.  We also have a cheap non-stick frying pan that is replaced every 1-2 years (the old one gets its handle removed then tossed into the recycling bin).

Thanks but I live too far away - BOP.

I find the kmart pans to be fine for eggs, which is about the only thing I pan fry now since they cant go in the air fryer or deep fryer.

I ordered the set of two Tefal pans 60% . Have had them before and they’re nice to cook on and easy to clean. Last lot didn’t last very long and I noticed these ones have a ten year warranty.  I wonder what the fine print says about that!

Managed to pickup the Dreame L30 Ultra S Robo Vacuum for $997 with a $250 voucher. Pretty happy with that.

Key thing with non stick is to wait until they they cool down to room temperatue before cleaning them. You're welcome.

Not sure if its a good black friday deal but all the physical retailers are selling Macbook Airs about 17% lower than directly from Apple. I always thought there wasn't much movement for apple products.

Apple BF deal goes live tomorrow with apple vouchers so getting actual cash discount is a much better deal.

Are there any decent deals on chromebooks....just got the email from my kids school they need chromebooks for next year. Most of them seem to be with 4 gigs ram and anything decent seems to be closer to macbook air prices.

Space General mattress king single, double mattress, both at $99

https://www.spacegeneral.co.nz/products/dual-sided-medium-firm-support-mattress?variant=46453946712307

This is an ecosa style mattress. I'm guessing some people will find this on the firm side. Excellent deal if you can use it

PB had some listed in their Black Friday sale from memory.  Pretty sure NL/etc would be matching the PB prices to some degree but would recommend checking Pricespy/etc histories to verify they're legitimately good deals. Edit to add: Chromebooks from memory can survive on pretty low specs because of what they're used for in the education settings, more important to get something that will be durable and can survive falling off a table/desk and the tumbles in school bags probably.

To add to the deals here, https://virtualrealityrental.co.nz/ (disclosure: this is my business!) is doing an offer, rent one Meta Quest 2, 3 or 3S, and you can add a second headset at half price. There's no limit to the actual rental dates, but the booking needs to be placed before Monday Dec 1st. If you're keen to play a lot of VR games but don't want to buy headsets, there's a ton of games included in the rental.
