How long does shipping usually take?

I've got family visiting in a few weeks so if I can get this to NZ in time I'll buy a 3D printer. For once NZ is getting a great deal, it's GBP140 for me to get the same printer delivered here in the UAE from the UK

I ordered the Ender3-PRO at 12:15 on 08/05/2024.  'Order received' email arrived immediately.  'Order confirmation' email (two of them in fact) arrived at 13:00 with an expected delivery date on 20 May (ex UK on that basis I'm guessing), price shown on the confirmation email is what I expected (about $127 incl. GST) and has shown up on my card this morning.

I've got a bit of an inkling that I'll play with this for a few weeks and it will become a dust-collector, but at that price I'm OK with that.

Credit card shows a payment to E14 for $466, so not very happy. Will have to wait until 10am when Aussie phone lines open. Don't know if I can ring Westpac/Mastercard to get transaction cancelled.

Got an email from E14 saying printer was on its way from UK with UPS.

I have had a work account with Farnell and then E14 for years. There have never been any problems with parts ordered for work on the account.

BUT! E14 had a sale a few years ago, so I ordered some tools for myself. This was an absolute disaster, wrong parts arrived, some never arrived, quantities wrong, prices wrong, etc. Took ages to sort. I used to split my orders between RS and E14, but RS got all my orders for the next couple of years unless they couldn't supply. So, it looks like E14 has done it again.

Perhaps you added the wrong item to your basket? When I purchased mine, I noticed that they had the both the discounted versions of the Ender 3 and the full price version, and I almost made the same mistake.

Even now - they have the "Ender 3 V2" and the "Ender 3 PRO" listed multiple times with both the discounted prices and the full prices. https://nz.element14.com/w/c/tools-production-supplies/3d-printers-accessories/3d-printers?product-range=creality-ender-series&sort=P_PRICE

Hopefully the support team will put it right.

I confirmed that the correct one was ordered, the price was the low price, and on the summary screen before you enter the CC details, the correct (low) price was shown. Once the order went through, the higher price was displayed on the order history page, but, before that it was definitely the lower priced item.

I see the link in the post I made earlier used to show the lower price.  It now shows the higher price of the UK stocked item.

I'm just getting "java.lang.NullPointerException" every time I try to add something to the cart, assuming the price is even displayed at all.

Happening in both Firefox and Chrome, so I think something is a bit broken at the moment.

I placed an order for the Ender v2 on Tuesday and DHL has it arriving today from Australia for $125+GST.  I didn't have any issues with price changes on checkout and CC pending is correct amount (phew!).

Trying to order some WAGO wire connectors. The 221-613 ones are 35c if ordered individually but won't add to basket despite being in stock. A bag of 30 is $60 and will add to basket.

"This was on Fire Sale (Stock clearance Sale from our local warehouse) and hence the price was less before.

However, the stock for the Fire Sale is over and this is the UK stock that has been allocated for your order.

Hence the price has increased.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I have cancelled this order then for you as requested below."

'Arjun' is very quick to cancel orders, they must be trying to get out of some of these sales.

My first order for the Pro was already confirmed, and he cancelled it when I asked a question and told me to reorder.

Second order was at the low price when I purchased it, but showed full price when I logged in. When I questioned it they cancelled that order as well.
