Just activated mine. I can't imagine using 32GB/month when I never even got close to 16GB on my previous plan.

Is anyone still waiting for their sim? Ordered 22 Oct still waiting, asked the customer support to track it but they are just sending another one :S

I was waiting for my SIM which I didn't need so I reached out to customer support. They then emailed me the voucher number which I then applied to my plan and that worked fine. The SIM arrived the same day but it came with no voucher code so I am not sure how I could have applied the voucher without the email. They said I could give the SIM to somebody else who might want to be a Kogan customer.

I looked back in my email and found it :-) So many emails and missed it
