joker97:nigelj:joker97: Apple care? For real? Wow
Yeah, I myself was wondering how they could offer a full year of AppleCare since AppleCare starts on the sale date as recorded by Apple. They must've struck some deal with Apple or this deal is in the too good to be true pile. Just can't be sure which.
the words Apple and Care can now not be found adjacent. it was probably a word play Apple and Care is not AppleCare
i don't believe them for one second

Sorry folks. I may have mis-read the ad originally. My bad.

No, I looked myself, I'm sure myself that it said Apple Care (I'm not sure if the space was there or not). About 95% sure.

I took a look, and it said it came with a 1 year Apple warranty. No mention of 'Apple Care' or 'AppleCare'
joker97: I saw Apple Care. Um .. 75%

The term 'Care' doesn't appear anywhere in the text on the page (see the search box at the top right). I can't attest for the contents of the email, as I deleted that
bluedisk: Its a shame they only have the 16GB iphone 5, if it was 32GB I might be interested. Apple seem to only offer older models with a stingy amount of storage.
16GB is ok, as long as you don't plan to store videos or music on it. But these days they should be providing far more storage on their lower models,as storage is so cheap. Sure you do have cloud storage, but to have wifi enabled allday runs down the battery. If 32GB was $50 more, than yes it would be a good deal.
nigelj: Yeah, but any web page can be edited. Myself and joker97 are stating that we are sure that around midday the word 'care' was included in the copy. I closed the tab owing to zero interest in the deal so don't have a cached copy of the copy unfortunately.
loceff13: Coming July 4th: In a nod to our American heritage, we’re celebrating at Carl’s Jr. this Independence Day. Just head into store this Friday, say the code word ‘INDEPENDENCE’ when you buy a Carl’s Jr. burger and get another BURGER FREE!
