timmmay: JVC 55" DLED (not sure what that is) TV for $689. Apparently good for the price, today only, but I'd definitely be reading reviews before I purchased.

I checked the Aussie website. JVC deals are reduced $10-$50 AUD. So I'm guessing it's not such a good deal discount-wise.

mattwnz: Mightyape have their boxing day sales online now. Some reasonable deals on it.

To be honest, some of the deals on Mightyape are a joke. Madmax is 200% plus cheaper on Steam at the moment, for example.

Looks like I wont be buying anything this year.

Nothing is really sticking out to me, dont really need/want anything either.

However, has anybody noticed any good deals on Pop Vinyl figures or Playstation Credit?

nzapster: This laptop at PBTech seems decent value but the title and quick facts say 8gb of ram but the specs say 4gb? That seems mighty misleading!

http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=NBKASU302067B&qr=ec_EDM1226_Boxing1_12

I saw another laptop on their site last night that claimed an i7 5500U in the title, but an i3 in the specs.

joker97: is a Dyson DC37C any good? the reviews are split. 50% 5/5, 50% 1/5. ???

I hate my Dyson. Hard to emtpy and the spinning brush head can't pick stuff up like bird feathers or mouse guts etc or small stones so hardly suitable for someone with pets.

OTOH my dogs do not litter my house with feathers or mouse guts...!

Has anyone found any good sales for TVs? Last year boxing day sales I bought a 40" Samsung FHD LED TV for $380 at Harvey Norman. It's been great with my Roku although I'm wanting to buy another TV for myself.
