So no idea why I needed to contact them again. But apparently payment declined

 

After confirming it a couple of weeks back. So I re-read out all the details on my way home tonight. And now suddenly there's a charge.

 

Now to see if they can actually supply it still or if I'll fall into the cancelled without reason bucket too

Saga continues

Mine now says shipped. Guess the re check of my card a 2nd time worked.

The only concern now is my shipping details in the status page and zero shipping details email.

It says delivery to:
First name Name
Area
New Zealand

I really hope that is a summary and the original passed details appear on a label. So that if it has shipped it gets here and not lost like others

Or do we start the counter for refund due inability to supply

That's what mine shows if I use the tracking info link from the email. If I go to the order details from my account it shows the full address.

So what was the average delivery time for most? And I assume noone got tracking numbers either and just a 'shipped' notice

I called Lego and got my cc details sorted on the 26th of July. 8th of August I received a DHL shipping notice (with tracking) and it arrived on the 11th. Expect a similar timeframe I would say.

A week later after billing.

No DHL contact or shipping data. No refund. no website status change

Someone else I know still waiting and they were charged, refunded, charged about a week before me.

Interesting, I got an email with a tax invoice.  Jumped onto the lego site and checked my account and there is a new order for my Kākāpō, this time there's tracking details!

 

OMFG, let's hope it actually turns up now.

I'm stuck with no Lego acct so can't tell other than shipped

But not alone

Someone I know got a 2nd charge and invoice. But her acct couldn't be linked.

I'll see if shes got shipping details

We're so sorry for the delay. There are some issue hence we have proceeded to re-issue a new order* for the exact same item as you ordered.

You will be expecting an email when the order is ready to depart the warehouse, thank you so much for your patience once again.


So that explains everyone's double dip.

I'm now up to my 3rd shipped order (the original, and now 2x "Bricks & Pieces" replacements)! Each time I get an email notifying me that the order has shipped, but I never receive a tracking number.  I then have to wait a month before Lego customer service will talk to me, but they have no idea what is going on (each time they claim that they have sent it, but that it is DHL's fault that it hasn't arrived).

So update on my "great boat" after finding out that they were letting people order a replacement i called lego, they contact back to me saying yes they can send it again.  I confirmed that this time it must be sent with tracking, they said it would be.  Gave my card details over the phone, order placed, shipped 3 days later, WITH NO TRACKING, contacted them as soon as i got the email it was sent and said where is the tracking, they told me it would be on the site the next day, it wasn't.  Waited 2 weeks and then called them up and was told "there was an issue with the system and your package did not get tracking".  At this stage i just said i am over their bull**it and waiting 6 - 8 weeks for a refund, explained how i have wasted 20 hours on this now and to refund me ASAP and to cancel my other pre-orders for next year.  They did offer to resend it again, told them there is no point as this is the 2nd time they have sent it and we would just be talking again in another 4 weeks if they resend it.

 

I have heard all kinds of reasons for the issue over the last few months, had a CSR have a go at me because he was late finishing his shift because he had to check with other departments that took time, had another say its not lego's fault and they were sent via bricklink (which i replied the order was done and paid via lego.com).  I have had tickets closed without any feedback on the issue etc.  They don't seem to know what is going on, won't look into it and just really don't seem to care.

 

Won't be buying anything from their site now, will just buy from stores that have stock etc.

 

 

 

Oh and nothing wrong with the address etc they have as they were able to send my Kakapo back in feb/mar fine and that did have tracking etc as soon as it was sent.

It really doesn't bode well

It's as if they've been slapped for crap correspondence. Done another parts make up order (sp we won't get retail kits). Re issued them and back to the same crap issue


I've stil got no email as promised above and new order doesn't come up as a valid order

The CSRs are clearly another front end with no internal visibilities told to keep us promised to the hilt.

Got emailed about my ordering being resent on the 26th, still no tracking number.
