I don't usually promote discounts but when I do it's a good one...

Unotelly started running some ads on Geekzone (have you noticed?)... And they have a discount code in the ads:

So there is that...

UPDATE: the Geekzone-only promo ends March 2015.

I don't look at claims in advertising (uless it's outrageous) but I am pretty sure it's fastest DNS unblock service - not fastest DNS service period.

But, yes, I know what you mean.

@Sounddude and @Mauricio,

Thank you very much for the comments!

In many cases, UnoTelly's UnoDNS servers are actually faster than public DNS such as OpenDNS and Google Public DNS. If we have a server in or near your city, our server is generally faster  than other Public DNS servers you could find.

Here is a basic latency ping test based on Startping.com's test:

While it is a basic latency test in which it does not involve actual DNS look up, we are confident that our lookup speed will be faster as well.

If you have namebenched installed on your computer, you can do an actual lookup test and compare.

@langers1972

Could you please send me an e-mail? I will ask our team and see what they could do for you.

@all

If you have any questions or features suggestions free feel to post here! We will try our best to answer them.

Regards,
Nick

I have mixed feelings about these services, I absolutely appreciate why people use them due to the woeful way NZ is serviced with Online content, however I like where possible to support local initiatives, if folks use offshore services like Hulu and Netflix then the failure of local start ups etc is assured.
Its a catch 22, we cant get good local because  of perceived lack of demand due to use of offshore and use of offshore due to perceived and actual lack of content locally.

Hi KiwiNZ,

You definitely have a very valid point about local contents.

At the end, people should have the freedom to choose what they like. With this freedom, people can decide if they like certain services after trying them. Maybe some might try Netflix and realized it is not his cup of tea (WHAT???!tongue-out). Who knows? At least this individual had the chance to actually try it and make his own conclusion.smile

I just activated the free trial and am thrilled to see that Sky News UK live stream on Apple TV works (does not work on unblock-us). Only downside is A&E does not seem to work on Apple TV and I need my Bates Motel fix! (works on unblock-us).

Working for me right now. I think all unblockers had a wee glitch recently
But most seen to have recovered from it

@steve98 and @nakedmolerat,

The discount applies for all our packages (Premium and Gold) and for any duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year).

The discount will be valid for as long as we're sponsors at Geekzone. We can confirm that the discount will be valid for at least one month.

Best regards,
Kostas

Hi steve98,

Try setting Dynamo Channel Option 1 to US. Then restart your router and Apple TV and try A&E again. A&E is supported via Dynamo, although the Dynamo page hasn't been updated to reflect this change yet.

If you still cannot stream it, please open a ticket at http://help.unotelly.com/helpdesk/tickets/new and we can take a look at your network settings.

Good Luck,
Kobi

Currently using unblock-us and this offer looks tempting.  Can anyone that has tried both services provide any feedback and comparisons.
