Just filled up at Mobil and price has changed to $2.01 per l.
Not sure how long this is going for or if any other Mobil stations are participating.

timmmay: Is there a petrol prices comparison website? The stations have to cut their prices by more than the value of any vouchers people have.
Prices at the pump differ in every town of NZ depending on distance from the bulk terminals and competition.

you would think this is the case but then why is Rotorua 10-15 cents a litre cheaper than Tauranga, when the refining plant is at the Mount.
sbiddle: It seems all Mobil sites around Wellington have cut their prices. In the Hutt they're 202.9 vs 213.9 at all the other chains. I've driven past Mobile High St twice now and seen no cars there, it's funny how people are like sheep and don't actually look at prices.
The little things make the biggest difference.
nzkiwiman: Dunedin - 91 $2.139
Every where is the same price, no discounts at all down in this part of the country.
