I'm surprised the 16GB S3 went back up in price after reaching $199 last year.

I would buy a Moto E for $199 instead.

Its 2015, Don't buy a phone from 2012, The Moto E is a much better choice

Looks like their website is broken. I cannot get past the home page, clicking any link takes me back there.

How is the screen quality on it, does not look great in most review videos that I've seen but maybe it's different in person.

S3 Mini is 4 inches @ 480 x 800 pixels (~233 ppi pixel density)

Moto E is 4.3 Inches @ 540 x 960 pixels (~256 ppi pixel density)

The Moto E is also getting upgraded to Android Lollipop while the S3 Mini is stuck on 4.1 Jellybean

It took me about an hour to buy a WiFi hot spot this morning.  Couldn't get past the pay screen.  Gave up in the finish and tried 30 minutes later and it went thru.. very slowly though..
