With Easter long weekend coming up, and many families travelling away for a holiday, what better way to fuel your coffee fix than to get them for nothing? (Plus a new home phone, or a gift)

"JB Hi-Fi offers the Panasonic Cordless Phone with Twin Handsets (KX-TGB212NZB) for $25.90, down from the normal price of $74. This model also qualifies for 7 vouchers redeemable for 1 x Medium Hot Drink + 1 Muffin at Wild Bean Cafe valued at $50

So not only is this an amazing price for 2 cordless phones but with the free hot drinks & muffins, it's pretty epic and beats the last deal IMO. The next best price for the phone is $55 so a substantial price difference.

Cashback Page

T&Cs

This promotion is for any cordless phone EXCEPT the KX-TG1611 & KX-TGB210 Series. The model is specifically mentioned on their cashback page and I have emailed Panasonic to inquire about JB Hi-Fi which isn't listed on their site. They state:

Yes you can redeem on this promotion if you purchase from JB HiFi.

  •

    50 name and number phonebook

  •

    10 number redial memory

  •

    120 channels

  •

    DECT 6.0"

Thanks to neil for the deal.

I just dont have a use for a short range cordless phone which isnt IP or I would be all over this.

Its crazy how cheap they are making them now. Totally disposable with what they charge to get another set of batteries.

I'm still deciding which of my in-laws are the least favorite, to gift the phone to...

It's been like that for years. I bought one of these sort of phones 5 years ago for $24, and have seen them for $19-$29 at least twice a year since.

Just a pity they don't have any wild beans in the wairarapa, or any BP for that matter.

Yeah, Have you looked at the price of AAA NiMh cells on the shelf of places like JB and supermarkets etc? About $6 a cell. So you are getting 4 here for $26, making the coffees and the phones worth $2 based on the absurd pricing of cells at shops like that.

IMO that is inexcusable as it just pushes people more towards throwing things out that are probably fine still.

Isn't this part of the KX-TGB210 Series though, so is excluded from the promotion? If you go to the harvey norman website, they have the free wild bean promotion on many of the other models, but not models that begin with  KX-TGB21x ,  http://www.harveynorman.co.nz/index.php?subcats=Y&status=A&pshort=N&pfull=N&pname=Y&pkeywords=Y&search_performed=Y&q=panasonic+phone&dispatch=products.search

Panasonic page lists KX-TGB212NZB, KX-TGB212NZW, in the supported models for the promo. Cant really argue with that when panasonic themselves say it. http://www.panasonic.co.nz/promotions/wild-bean-vouchers-2015/

Thanks, odd that they don't list the actual models in the terms. At least there is a screenshot showing it, as they changed the terms on the home theatre cashback, and removed noel lemmings from the promo, which was a hassle.
