Whats it do that the normal google sync doesnt? Im wary about letting an unknown into my files.

It says it supports multiple accounts, so I guess you could use a throw away gmail account to sign up and test it?

Ive signed up with one of my google accounts that I dont actually use drive on. Not trusting it with my 100's of gigs of photos and reciepts and other crap.

I don't think it uploads anything to the cloud. Just syncs your drive to a local or network path so you have a copy of your drive in your network. This is what my understanding is.
