Did anyone buy a Samsung H6400 tv this morning they want to sell on?
Checked the website at 9am and they were sold out already

We have been waiting for this exact model to come on sale (we have the 55" in the lounge and wanted the same setup/remote in the other room) and looks like we have missed the boat.

from recent NL mail out experience they usually find a few more and releases them for sale again ... soon ... but I don't get those emails so do you have to be a special member to get those super deal emails?

Yes that deal

I asked them on live chat and they said there would be no more stock
However the stores around the country do still have stock but at the full price $1097

You can sign up to the weekly email, however the email this morning came out at 10.30am, and it was sold out long before that.

esawers: You can sign up to the weekly email, however the email this morning came out at 10.30am, and it was sold out long before that.

I happened to look at the source code of the email as I was interested as to why the image said 'Sold Out'. I pressumed they had just replaced the image on the server, so it updated in the email. However and the emails source code shows that for that image name for the TV is  sold-out-tv.png  , as per below. That means that when the email was sent, they had already sold out, as they can't change the source code of the email once it has been sent. So that questions whether it was ever for sale at that price to begin with. Or whether they are sending out multiple versions of the email, so even if you are signed up, you may not be the first ones to receive the best deals. The advertising of teh email signup does say "Be the first to know!" but that doesn't appear to be the case. It does smell a little fishy to me.

The sale was live when I checked in at about 6am this morning - TV's were definitely in stock at that stage. I imagine these go live at midnight and the email is manual the following day.

That isn't 'First in the know' though, if the email goes out nearly 12 hours after the sale is made live. If it had already sold out before the email was sent, they should have just removed it  from the email.
