Actually this ones a great deal.

You get a Teclast Air III, which is a good Android tablet with a retina screen,
A faux leather case,
and a class 10, 64GB microSD card

All for 299.99 which really is pretty much a steal. I need cash in right now, and I don't think I'll be making any money at all off these, so please, take advantage.

More details and a demo video, under the tablet itself (see under tablets)

I thought that Retina was an Apple trademark? And surely Apple isn't making or licensing Android devices?

"Retina display" (with a capital R, and litle d) is the apple registered trademark to my knowledge. People use "retina" all the time to mean the same thing commercially (sellers and manufacturers).

At least as far as I know that's the case, because a lot of people are using this word. In some cases, they are actually using the same panels as ipads. It's really common if you google it, you'll see. Correct me if I am wrong, and the word in general can't be used (what would I say, retina equivilant?). Seems like they would only be concerned with large corporation competition, such as a competing manufacturer. But being a cautious fellow, if I can't legally use it, I guess I just need to find another way of saying an identical thing.

Actually that patent list is kind of humourous. Apparently apple have trademarked squares with round corners. And in that list as trademarked is "Briefing Room" when describing a feature of a retail store. So no store in the world can call any room 'Briefing Room'. lol.
