Im tempted by quantum break since it seems that console is the only playable way to get it since they PC version is being universally reviewed as a total mess. But that would be rewarding them for making a half-assed multiplatformer so think I will pass. Shame since it looks quite fun.

Resale value. You could probably play through Quantum Break and still break even selling it on TM afterwards.
