I know a few people have an Amazon Echo here - as part of Amazon's Prime Day promotion, the first item you order via Alexa before Prime Day finishes will have a USD$10 discount applied (as long as it's over USD$20 and sold directly by Amazon).

I tried it by changing my default 1-click address to my New Zealand one and asking Alexa to order a 128GB USB drive - it worked, and my Alexa app shows that the 128GB drive is shipping to Wellington for a total of USD$24.04 rather than $34.04

Official info page is at amazon.com/AlexaDeals - there's also going to be some Echo-exclusive deals for Prime Day, so might want to hold off on using the discount until then.

Its 12th in New York. No new deals showing. Is it local time for your billing address or just when amazon get around to it?
