Seems you can access the catalogue of courses from lynda.com for free via the Auckland libraries.

The only problem is that I couldn't carry over my certificates and courses history from the paid membership to the new library profile account. I can't just drag and drop videos to organize my playlists anymore. Apart of that, no differences at all.
