Do they require you to signup using a credit card though, and then cancel if you don't want it any longer, and if so, is that an easy process?

Sign up with either a credit card, or Paypal.

They say they'll email a reminder close to the end of the free month... I have set a calendar reminder for myself, though!

It looks as though, to cancel, you would go to the 'Your Account' page, and click the (reasonably big, reasonably obvious) 'Cancel My Subscription' button. No doubt there will be a drop-down list of 'reasons' - isn't there always?

I recall reading an old thread on here, that you had to phone them up to cancel. But apparently they have now implemented a way to cancel online.

Would be nice if they were in HD.  After the guy on Facebook from QF saying Moana was in HD and finding that the file was less than 1Gig in size   and it sure was in SD so I was a little  disappointed and most likely won't use them again.

I thought they had moved to HD. Although the file would need to be at least around 3GB to be be 720 HD. So 1GB does sound like SD. These days HD is really the minimum people expect.

I didn't even know they were still in business.

I looked at them over a year ago, but their range and pricing didn't really work for me.

Compared to the competition (Netflix, Lightbox, Sky etc), is their Film/TV range any better these days?

I thought it was gone too, because it disappeared from TiVo. Although the menu option is still on it, can't find the server

I might be interested, but needs to be HD.

Just browsed using PC and only got offered SD versions of movies, but then spotted that they don't do HD on all devices, including windows. Wonder what the guy on Facebook used to access it with.

Chrome cast HD is supported but not on a iPhone. Wonder if that means cannot use iPhone to cast to chromecast in HD?

Be interested to hear how people find it.

List of devices and if support HD here
