Yes, they are refurbished models but a lot cheaper than brand new (compare here: https://price.geekzone.co.nz/product.aspx?pid=890983708)

can you pair a harmony one with a hub?  I think I have this remote with the hub, but this one doesnt come with it (need it for bluetooth etc for android tv boxes)

That's USD $99 not NZD plus you have shipping to NZ.

 

So maybe NZ$160??? delivered via youshop?

Still a good deal since they are $230 for a new one here in NZ, but not as awesome as it first looked.
