Looks like HN is getting ahead of the retail downturn and getting some sharply priced Samsungs out th edoor. Which is handy as I was after a new 65". Both the Q70 & Q80 look well priced - and come with a bonus $600 gift card - for those who need a hand getting your CRT loving SO over the line.

I think these types of promotions are driven by the manufacturer. LG have had several promotions exactly like this - sharp discounted price plus a decent Prezzy Card - through NL, JB etc over the past couple of months. Bought a 65“ LG OLED a couple of weeks ago at an effective $1,600 (27%) discount on the RRP.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.
