(I was a new Neon subscriber so can't confirm 100% for existing subscribers)

My reading is that you need to make a purchase of over $45 to activate the Club Shipping. Then you can get a 30 day trial (it applies to that purchase) and the offers

If you want to continue the Club Shipping after the 30 days you then need to pay the $6 etc
