Confirmed on their Twitter page and will be available at 3am, Friday the 29th of May (Through Epic Games Launcher).

This collection contains both Borderlands 2 & Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (guessing with All DLC's and Expansions)

ARK Survival Evolved is rumored to be the next free game, to be made available on the 5th of June [nz].

You might be able to link your Xbox account to an Epic Games account then see if you can download from X1. Don't have a straightforward answer for you though. Try connect the two accounts and go from there.

No, epic is a PC store. Borderlands 2 and pre-sequal are on gamepass tho. It would be good if you could get the DLC from one place and use it somewhere else since my sad gaming PC is less usable than my xbox one x these days with me having to take the good video card out of it for the 3 display ports for the workroom PC and putting a 1050 into it :(

Downloading the 'Handsome Collection' as I write this. Bit different than GTA V, in that you place an order for $0 usd and then download.
Thank goodness I picked up a 1tb Barracuda drive last week. Between this, Halo Collection, GTA V, and the 100+ Wii games I have, space is quickly running out.

Thanks for the heads up. Got it now, despite having Borderlands 2 and some DLC on Steam but might be good to have in two platforms...

The Pre-Sequel is a great game and that's a great giveaway

Haven't personally tested, but here's a link to a bunch of Golden Keys for Borderlands 2.
