You can get a Graviton 2 / ARM burstable CPU instance free for three months. This instance type gets 10% of a CPU core, burstable. You still pay for EBS disk ($0.10 per GB per month for SSD), backups, bandwidth (egress only), but good opportunity to play. Applies to any AWS account regardless of age.
