The Sony XM4's at $399 are tempting.

Kids both want a Sphero for Christmas so $20 off the mini's made it an easy present. Don't tell them!

lol I always buy stuff a week or two before Cyber Monday cause I totally forget that and Black Friday are a thing. Lucky I don't buy much, although, the wish list is currently:

  • A 4k TV (realistically, I won't bother buying one in the next 5 years unless my TV craps out)
  • A new AVR and floorstanding speakers or sound bar (trying to work out if I care about upgrading my home theatre or if a sound bar will do...)

The Xiaomi AirDots are down to $39 from $69. They're perfect for podcasts/audible, etc. Not so flash for music but hard to complain at $39. I've had the V1s for a year and get a good 4-5 hours battery out of them before they need a boost from the case.

Death adder mouse. Saving isn't that much but free freight and I need a new one.

Nothing. The only thing I really need right now is HDD's and their offer is $3-4 off normal pricing.... which they swipe back after CC fees. ;)

I'd have saved about $90 if I'd waited to buy my Ryzen computer today, but with black Friday I thought they might run out of stock and supply chains aren't good right now. Most of that saving was from one component, Samsung 970 NVME SSD. Savings otherwise very limited.

My wife has the airdots and likes them. Took a bit of effort to pair them, but she uses them at the gym and around the house. If I needed anything like that I'd get some.

There's a great deal this probook, down from $1700 to $1300. iPhone SE is down $100.

We had been thinking about a stick vacuum for a while, but after weighing it up started investigating robot vacuums.

So wife marched down to pbtechs sale on Saturday and bought the Xiaomi Mi Smart Robot 1C Vacuum Cleaner at $399 ($100 off).
Wasn't sure how good it would be, but colour us both very impressed. The bloody thing is brilliant. We spent about an hour watching it do its thing on the ground floor of our house (mixed wood and carpet). Did a really thorough job.

I’m tempted to get a new NAS; I’d been waiting for Synology to release some new models, and now see there’s a DS220+ released a few months back and PB Tech’s sale price is decent enough. By the time I’d finished reading up on the model over lunchtime and decided to buy it the damn thing had sold out!

You snooze, you lose, I guess... at least I’ll be ready next time it’s on sale.

@gbwelly: At the risk of sidetracking this thread, what else in the NAS world offers a better bang for buck, at or below this price point, for general home use including Plex server (including transcoding) duties? A genuine question!

Tis the season for sales, but whether stock is actually available is another question entirely

Not the most capable, but staying on topic, the Phillips OLED TVs are about as cheap as OLED gets here right now, and it's still an LG OLED panel at the end of the day
