Thought it was best to have this as its own post. I usually post these offerings over in my Epic Games Freebies Thread, but I thought that many of you may not see it, and that thread only gets updated on Fridays.

Each game (bar the very last offering) will be available for 24hrs only. 5AM - 5AM.

Thanks!!

Would absolutely recommend Shenmue III for fans of the first two, but I can't imagine it being appealing to non-fans. Shenmue was revolutionary in many ways at the time in 1999, but games have evolved a lot since then and I felt like Shenmue III was stuck in the past.

Day 4: The Vanishing of Ethan Carter

is a first-person story-driven mystery game that focuses entirely on exploration and discovery. It contains no combat or explosions of any kind. If our game leaves any scars, we hope you won’t be able to see them.

You play the game as Paul Prospero, an occult-minded detective who receives a disturbing letter from Ethan Carter. Realizing the boy is in grave danger, Paul arrives at Ethan’s home of Red Creek Valley, where things turn out to be even worse than he imagined. Ethan has vanished in the wake of a brutal murder, which Paul quickly discerns might not be the only local murder worth looking into.
