Weber BBQs are bit like Apple and Sonos products - expensive, very rarely seen on sale and hard to get discount deals on them. A 50% deal is unprecedented.

Also like those other products, there are a few haters who would say “wouldn’t be seen dead …”.

Others might be interested to see this - albeit only one model but in two colour choices.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

I did see there’s a new version called the ‘Q2000N’, which I’d not seen before (https://www.mitre10.co.nz/shop/weber-q-2000n-bbq/p/2016384) - so maybe the Q2000 is on run-out or similar?

Whatever the reason, that’s still a great price for a great BBQ, though it’s worth noting this size is more suited to smaller groups (eg, we bought the Family Q for our family of four) or for portability.

Sold out online but Kapiti M10 got a shipment today but you can only buy in store, no online and no holds. Call first to check if they still have some. I got a black one and they had about six white lidded this afternoon.
