"It's going to be very difficult for George but he's an expert on a Saturday, so I would reckon top four in qualifying would be a very good result for him - he should be near enough the Red Bulls. Again, in the race, top four would be very good, a podium would perhaps be expected in the car he's driving.
Russell is an excellent driver, there is no reason why he isn't part of the usual 1-2 quali and race, if incident free. Mercedes wins because its Mercedes not because of the drivers, and Russell, like any top line F1 driver is not a gulf away from Hamilton. Three practice sessions will get him as familiar as he needs to be. The race will be interesting as Max outdrives his car, Russell should bring the Mercedes a bit closer to him in race trim
