I think it is entirely possible that the IOC has engaged Bernie Sanders as a consultant on decision making & timing.

it should be postponed or cancelled, but i think that's highly unlikely as the IOC stands to lose out a lot of money if it doesn't go ahead. Unfortunately $$$ matters more to the IOC than an athlete's health. Japan will also take a big hit, and with a recession double whammy.

Canada has pulled out of the games. I suspect we will see more countries follow suit. Although they are looking to postpone the games until next year but haven't announced anything yet.
