hi there

would love to share, but the club is in the process of building and migrating from existing solution - apologies just reread my original post and it was not clear. they went through this selection process earlier in the year as waterpolo nz (https://www.waterpolo.org.nz/home/) use them and made sense to follow suit.

This is a good example https://www.revolutionise.com.au/cysm/home/ of the capability and https://www.cronullawaterpolo.com.au/home/

here is pricing which is hard to find on their site https://www.revolutionise.com.au/pricing/

I have a webinar that I can post, if you are interested...

And actually thinking about it further, Patreon would be another possible option. Don't know why I didn't think of it earlier.

Thanks for these suggestions. I am struggling to see where the benefit would be though, when compared to something like Stripe or PayPal where we add a simple button/link on our existing site which takes the user to the payment portal and they can enter their details and credit card etc. From what I understand both these portals can do automatic recurring or one-off payments. I just need to ensure we can get the list of names/emails of those that have made payments, which I am sure isn't hard.

The fees aren't too bad, for Stripe it is 2.9% + $0.30 per txn. PayPal a little more. This would potentially take away most of the current headaches for $1.03 per $25 membership.

I've done this for a couple of clubs/clients who don't need a full e-commerce system, just the ability to take payments every once in a while with as little fuss as possible.

A simple WordPress site with WPForms with their own Paypal add-in. The form gets the name, membership number and anything else you need and in return the site emails you the form when it's successfully processed and you receive an email from Paypal when the payment has been made.

No more looking at bank accounts every day trying to match payments to people and if you pay for WPForms it keeps all the entries on the website so you can export it to csv at a later date and use it for an email list.
