An innovative sailing technique, where we now do it differently, and better.
I know it may change but very light winds right now - averaging 4-5 kts at both Tiri and Bean Rock.
Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

I believe consensus says ETNZ with LR thought to have a light-wind edge - but that was prior to AC Finals starting. Based on what we have seen recently it looks like we have an edge across the wind range. We have certainly had a clear VMG edge even in light winds in the most recent races - often 4-5 kts for extended periods.

7 gusting 9 Easterly at Bean Rock now, maybe there is hope!
Well we have the breeze, almost, but hopefully we won't have to chase it around the compass.
Yep already the marks on the move.

Commentary suggests that a "good solid" 10 knots has kicked in. Hope they're right. Start scheduled for 4:40.
Edit - start now pushed out to 4:45
Can we breathe yet!?
