It's not as simple as that. iirc Spark still don't peer properly with other NZ ISPs... so the question will be how will content be delivered? Will they do a good job and use a big CDN, or will they try and fudge it with a DIY job?
It must be tempting to fudge it yourself and blame other ISPs for people going over data caps, poor connection quality from other ISPs etc.
