With all of our gripes regarding the TVNZ+ app leading into the world cup I really can't fault the coverage so far. My only annoyance is the highlight packages in 25FPS but I understand that is controlled by FIFA themselves and not something that TVNZ have any control over.

Anyway, back to ~~watching~~/working.

I haven't had a single issue with my experience of ~~watching all 10000+ games of football.~~ working.

Multiple streams (me and family watching simultaneously).

Overall very impressed with the streaming quality.

There has been a couple of glitches, but I suspect its because the unit I was using was wifi only, so I will put it down to my wifi.

Currently watching the Switzerland/Colombia game while writing this.

Well done TVNZ.

My only real gripe is not TVNZ-specific, but FIFA-specific. Hydration breaks. Even when the temps are cooler or they are playing indoors in aircon.

The Egypt - Argentina game, especially second half is a good watch.

FIFA is not hiding that they are actually trying to rig this tournament in Argentina's favour!

Immediately after Argentina won their match FIFA announced that there will be 5 Argentinian referees for the France match ...

hmm ... i can't think of why they'd do that ... hmm ...

Haha it’s odd I normally have iPad by my desk watching them , can’t wait to watch the games tomorrow

It has been quite funny to wander around the office and see a number of people with iPads/phones propped up watching the games whilst also working.
Many, many more than I thought would be interested, who seem to be much more invested in the outcomes and spectacle than anticipated.

It's been a great tournament, to be fair.
