Jaxson:

Sounds like Helmut Marko is retiring, which at 82 is fair!
He led Red Bull‘s driver development program and was an adviser having been with the team since it started in 2005.

Yeah and it looks like there is going to be more to that particular story to come out based on the reports I saw overnight. De Limburger (Dutch news site) seems to have reported based on the English translation/summary on the F1 Subreddit (the original article appears to be subscription required as I can't see text) that Helmut pushed through a contract for Alex Dunne improperly which cost Red Bull a significant cancellation fee. Which might explain how the Dunne to RB rumours quickly died off and that he's now hunting around Alpine for a Academy sponsorship.

Some reports w race engineer GP may not be in that role next year either.
So potentially quite a change up in Max’s support team there.

edit: Reports he was fired/let go after hiring another driver (instead of Lawson) at Racing Balls next year without approval, which cost the company thousands to backtrack on.

you mean Lawson came within a hair's breadth of losing his seat?

Kinda looks that way, but the team did back him and pay out the other guy.  What a mess of an outfit, imagine having a contract to race next year then it bet taken away again.

Horny, Newey, Markoy - all gone.  New engine and new regs.  Be interesting to see how they, and all the others too, get on with next years regs.

Testing session was held the day after the Grand Prix, first chance to see/feel how the new car setup could work.

Will look out for next years race calendar.  Almost time to start the next years post!

Cripes Liam has been handed another penalty point for his erratic defence of Bearman.
Brings him to 6, so half way towards the cut off of 12 in the last rolling year/12 months before a race ban.

That's reflective of what people are saying.  He will need to improve his race craft here...

I get that. But if you are Lewis, Lando, Oscar, etc etc you can brush it off as its on me. If you are trying to cling on to an F1 career its a lot more delicate. They can be super safe but not fast. Or fast and make errors. Its a fine line

Lawson might be sitting on 6 points but I believe it's come down with points expiring over the past little while and suggesting he is kinda improving his driving? I know, maybe a stretch from a biased supporter. His next points expire in April.

However, the wunderkind  and serial dive-bomber Bearman is sitting on 10 penalty points with the next lot not due to expire until the end of May next year. Have to be a 50/50 proposition at this time that he won't follow Magnussen onto the sidelines with a race ban before then.
