I've used them a few times but years ago, all went well. A friend gets stuff from them regularly, again no problems

They are not a NZ company (They are UK Based) so no protection under the CGA and you will have to pay import dutys/levys (if the amount is over ~$400 NZ) as it is shipped from overseas.
Any returns you will have to pay for Shipping (back to the UK)
What Lennon said. Great prices, amazing range. Watch your GST threshold. Always make sure you hit the free shipping level $100 from memory. I use them often when preparing for upcoming maintenance as things like cassettes and chains are significantly cheaper. If you need an item short notice (ie. this week) they are not a good option.
Have had 1 item go missing in the last 3 years, and they sent out another no questions asked (that was a postage issue).
As the guys above have said, I have used them for a few things in the past (non-cycling related, such as Petzl headlamps) and the service has been fine from the UK. Prompt and well-priced - especially if, as noted above, you reach the free shipping threshold. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again.
